Over the past 25 years I have developed a deep knowledge of the subject of wine my aspiration to enrich my understanding of wine, and the desire to find and select my own wine has grown stronger over the years. This resulted in my obtaining the Wine Expert Certification (Japan Sommelier Association).

Wine strongly reflects geography, topography, culture and historical background of the locality.

You could even go so far as to say that wine is geography, topography, culture and history itself.

In this regards words and wine are similar. My wish is to continue my journey in pursuing “words and wine” two wonderful creations of civilization.
