Century 21 Real Estate LLC is an American real estate company established by two founders. Century 21 is one of the largest residential estate agency organizations in the world, comprising approximately 13,500 independently owned and operated franchised broker offices worldwide, with approximately 1000 broker offices in Japan. This book delves into exploring the key to its unwavering strength.

Throughout the interview, Mr. Miedler kept a dignified posture with his back straight, and smiling frequently, he answered all the questions with sincerity and enthusiasm. He grew up in a blue-collar family. Driven by intellectual curiosity and an inquisitive mind, he worked his way up from the bottom of the ladder in the real estate industry, eventually becoming a successful president. I have tried to convey his profound intellect and enthusiastic personality in the interview.

I also worked on the translation of our 50-year corporate history.
